Things People Miss the First Time
A short list of the things that most often catch people out on their first session. Worth a read before you start.
Quick Reference
- Sessions need 2 days minimum lead time. You can't schedule one for today or tomorrow.
- If an interviewer isn't showing up as an option, add them first. Go to Settings, then User and Role Management, then come back to your session.
- Invitations can't be sent until you have at least one candidate and a completed schedule. Both have to be in place before the send button will work.
- After uploading your candidate list, you have to press Save. It won't save automatically.
- Manager approval only applies if your organization has that role enabled. If it does, a session sent for approval stays a draft until a Manager approves it.
