Fast Hiring LLC, doing business as Fast Hiring, collects personal information from individuals who participate in hiring sessions facilitated through our platform. This notice describes the categories of personal information we collect at or before the point of collection, the purposes for which it is collected, and related disclosures required under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Virginia VCDPA, Texas TDPSA, Oregon OCPA, and similar state laws.
I. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information from candidates at or before the point of registration:
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, IP address, browser type, and timezone.
- Professional and employment-related information — qualifications and responses to employer-configured yes/no screening questions.
- Communications data — support inquiries and correspondence submitted to support@fasthiring.ai.
Sensitive Personal Information. Fast Hiring does not ask candidates to submit sensitive personal information during registration. However, because hiring organizations may upload candidate information from their own sources — including resumes or cover letters — Fast Hiring may incidentally receive sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or other protected characteristics contained in those materials. Fast Hiring does not use such information for any purpose beyond facilitating the hiring workflow on behalf of the hiring organization.
II. Categories of Sources
We collect personal information from the following sources:
- Directly from you at the time you complete the candidate registration form.
- From the hiring organization that invited you to apply, including contact information the hiring organization uploaded from its own applicant tracking systems, prior applicant pools, or other recruiting sources.
III. Purposes for Collection
We collect personal information to:
- Provide and operate the Fast Hiring platform and facilitate hiring workflows between employers and candidates;
- Send email and SMS communications on behalf of the hiring organization, including interview confirmations and reminders;
- Monitor platform security and integrity;
- Respond to support inquiries; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
IV. Categories of Third Parties
We disclose personal information to service providers who support the operation of the platform, including cloud infrastructure, email delivery, SMS communications, payment processing, and customer support providers. V. Sale or Sharing
Fast Hiring does not sell or share any of the personal information listed above, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA or any other applicable state privacy law. Fast Hiring does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
VI. Retention
We retain each category of personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to comply with applicable legal obligations. The following periods apply to candidate data:
- Identifiers, professional information, and communications data collected through the platform are retained for the duration of the hiring organization's account and deleted within 180 days of the hiring organization's account termination.
- Consent and legal acknowledgement records (including email address, consent timestamp, and document version) are retained indefinitely for CAN-SPAM compliance and legal proof of consent.
- Communication suppression records (unsubscribe and opt-out status) are retained indefinitely to honor your preferences.

VII. Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and receive a portable copy of your personal information. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents may also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. If additional time is needed, we will notify you within the initial 45-day period and may extend our response by an additional 45 days where permitted by law.
